Refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on full-size, 50 ML bottles ordered through on our website within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on gift cards, discovery sets, sale items, gifts with purchase, or items purchased through a third party retailer.
Refund Eligibility: Returned items must be undamaged and unused to be eligible for a refund. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used fragrances. Emmotiv reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. Items not qualifying for a refund will be shipped back to the customer.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We will happily replace items purchased from our website that arrive damaged during transit. Damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@emmotiv.com with "DAMAGED" and your Order Number in the subject line. Please include a description and photo of the damage.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, please email info@emmotiv.com with "RETURN" and your Order Number in the subject line and the reason for your return.
Emmotiv will respond with instructions for shipping. You will then have 7 days to return your item(s).
Please note Emmotiv does not pay for shipping and other costs associated with the return.
Please save the tracking number of the return shipment. Emmotiv accepts no liability if items are lost in transit. Only items received by Emmotiv will be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to reject returns not meeting the abovementioned criteria.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds are issued back to the payment method used to place the order.
Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please email us at info@emmotiv.com.
