Shipping policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We can only ship orders placed through our website within the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or military states and US territories. 


HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE?

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping. Please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays.  Any exceptions to this estimate will be called out in the shipping detail at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. In-transit shipping time depends on the destination. Once your order has been transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75 (pre-taxes). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.95.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If your package is lost, please email info@emmotiv.com with "LOST" and your Order Number in the subject line. 

Please note that online orders do not require a signature to be delivered. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated by the carrier. 

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it's placed. We want to get you your order as quickly as possible, and we start that process as soon as you place your order.

If you made a mistake in the shipping address, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to update the address for you, however, this is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for lost or unretrieved shipments.
